Passivhaus Premium Residential Development

A development of five new building single family dwellings designed to meet Passivhaus Premium performance. These 5-bedroom luxury homes are designed to have minimal embodied and operational impact, and will produce enough renewable energy on-site to power all household and site needs, including appliances, lighting, space heating/coooling, domestic hot water and ventilation. Permission for planning approval is currently being sought. If approved, this project would be the first development of multiple Passivhaus Premium certified dwellings on one site.
