Research Hub for Sustainable Retrofit
A phased low energy retrofit serving as Ecospheric's offices and centre for research into sustainable retrofit of listed heritage buildings
This 400-year-old manor house sits on a property dating from the Domesday Book. Lymm Hall is a Grade II* listed historic building with a number of protected monuments on the grounds including a dry moat and one of only two remaining cock-fighting pits on a private residence. Ecospheric is developing this property as a test bed for sustainable retrofit on traditional stone and brick buildings.
