Creation of an outline hot water and cold water layout and specification for inclusion in the M&E pack presentation. This service involves:

• Use a nominal or pre-agreed occupancy profile within DSM to create an accurate DHW demand schedule

• Provide an initial 2D layout for hot and cold water network to account for all proposed kitchens, bathrooms, WC's, utilities, plant requirements and external taps

• Size and specify a suitable DHW tank based upon the technology review outcomes

• Consider integration with space heating on the basis of shared buffer or virtual buffer vessel set up
