Creation of an outline mechanical ventilation specification for inclusion in the M&E pack presentation. This service involves:

• Use detailed DSM air flow rates to calculate the initial dwelling air change rate

• Create an outline specification for MVHR unit (or AHU) and distribution system based upon above calculations

• Creation of initial 2D layout for distribution network, working from identified risers from the technology review, with provisional manifolds, roof/wall terminals, supply and extract points.

• Optimisation at this stage will consider aesthetics, system electrical and air filtration efficiency. Optional positions will be identified where applicable.

• Layout and specification with associated air flow calculations incorporated into the M&E pack presentation and initial plant room layout
